The journalistic activity of Vintilă Horia. His collaboration in the Madrid newspaper “ABC” (1971-1980)

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to highlight the constant collaboration of Vintilă Horia one of the Romanian intellectuals exiled in Spain, in the Spanish newspaper ABC. We believe it is very important to bring to light information that has not been thoroughly investigated until now regarding the
journalistic activity of this great Romanian exile and we will focus on the activity that covers the period from 1971 to 1980. We will take into account the following aspects: articles signed by the same Horia in this newspaper, the reviews to his books, the announcements on the conferences he dictated and his participation in official events. We found more than 100 references to his name in the ABC library, available on the Internet at the following link: hemeroteca.abc.es.
